Boyle Statement on Voting Rights Act Ruling

WASHINGTON, DC — Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) released the following statement on the Supreme Court’s Louisiana v. Callais decision:

“The Supreme Court has spent the past decade undermining our democracy by chipping away at the Voting Rights Act. Every American deserves equal representation and district lines drawn without discrimination. I’ll continue fighting for free and fair elections that protect the voting rights of every American, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, etc."
