The U.S. House of Representatives on Monday passed the Electrify Africa Act, after nearly two years of trying to get the measure through both chambers of Congress. It now goes to President Barack Obama for his signature.
Congressman Boyle gave a speech today in support of a Bill that integrates with/and supports the International Megan's Law. It is a law that aims to prevent child sex offenders and traffickers from exploiting vulnerable children when they cross an international border.
