VIETNAM WAR 50TH COMMEMORATION PINNING CEREMONY

Congressman Brendan F. Boyle invites all Vietnam-era veterans living in the 2nd district to be honored in a series of Vietnam War 50th Commemoration pinning ceremonies in the spring of 2020. All men and women in Pennsylvania’s 2nd congressional district who served during the Vietnam War era (between November 1, 1955 and May 15, 1975) are eligible to participate and receive a Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pin.

The pinning ceremonies will be hosted in partnership with the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration, an organization that highlights the contributions of Vietnam veterans. The ceremonies are part of a growing effort to honor all Vietnam-era military service members nationwide. The central focus of these ceremonies will be the presentation of ceremonial pins to veterans as a symbol of gratitude for their service to our country. The back of the pin is engraved with the message, "A Grateful Nation Thanks and Honors You."

If you are interested in participating and being recognized in this pinning ceremony, please complete and return this form to any district office no later than January 31, 2020. After you submit your form and any necessary supporting documentation to us, we will be in touch with more details.

Thank you again for your service to our nation. If you have any further questions or would like additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact Michele Lockman in the district office at  (215) 982-1156 or at Michele.Lockman@mail.house.gov
