Affordable Care Act Enrollment Fair
Uninsured and looking for health insurance? Need help navigating the healthcare marketplace?
Congressman Brendan F. Boyle, in partnership with Enroll America, will present an Affordable Care Act Healthcare Marketplace Insurance Enrollment Fair on Saturday, February 7th, 2015 from 11:00am to 3:00pm. at the Lawncrest Recreation Center, located at 6000 Rising Sun Ave, Philadelphia PA 19111.
The enrollment fair will give the community an opportunity to enroll in a plan that is right for them. If you are already insured through the Marketplace, you will be able to review your 2015 coverage.
Please bring the following items with you, if you wish to enroll: proof of income (W2 Form/Tax Return), I.D., proof of residence and your Social Security number.
