Panel of Health Experts Discussing Latest Science on PFOA, PFOS Drinking Water Contamination

Congressman Brendan Boyle, Congressman Patrick Meehan, and Horsham Township Council will be hosting an expert panel discussion on the area's water quality at 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Monday, August 29 at Hatboro-Horsham High School.

The panel will include representatives from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Any resident wishing to submit a question for the panel may do so in advance by emailing water@horsham.org with the subject line "Panel Questions." There will also be a table in the lobby of the high school auditorium where residents can submit their questions prior to the beginning of the panel discussion, and agency representatives available for questions after the scheduled event.
