Boyle Requests Full Utilization of DoD Resources to Combat COVID-19
PHILADELPHIA, PA – This week, Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) joined 66 Members of Congress to inquire how resources at the Department of Defense were being incorporated into the broader national plan to lessen the spread of the coronavirus.
“The coronavirus pandemic is a national emergency,” said Congressman Boyle. “As other agencies step up to address the current public health crisis and support the national economy, the President should utilize all resources at the Department of Defense to mitigate the pandemic in the United States. I look forward to the President’s response as we develop a comprehensive plan to contain this virus together.”
