BOYLE STATEMENT ON ONE-YEAR MARK OF RUSSIAN INVASION
WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (D-PA), who also serves in the leadership of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, issued the following statement on the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine:
"Today marks one year since Russia's unprovoked and illegal invasion of Ukraine. Over the last 12 months, President Zelenskyy’s brave and heroic leadership has coalesced the resolve of his people to defend their homeland against Putin's invasion. America's support of Ukraine remains resolute and unwavering. As I noted last week while in Europe for the Munich Security Conference and session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, NATO and its allies must remain resolute in standing united against Putin's brutality. The best way to end this war is to help Ukraine win it.”
