BOYLE STATEMENT ON WAYS & MEANS RELEASE OF TRUMP TAX RETURNS

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA02), member of the House Ways & Means Committee and incoming Ranking Member of the Budget Committee, issued the statement below following the vote to release former President Trump’s tax returns by the House Ways & Means Committee:
 
“Today I proudly voted to release former President Trump’s tax returns. This is one of the most important votes I will ever cast as a member of Congress, and I stand by it 100%. I voted to reinforce this critical principle: No person is above the law, not even a president of the United States.”
