Congressman Boyle Highlights Achievements of the 118th Congress
Boyle Champions Key Legislation and Secures Vital Funding for Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA, PA — Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (D-PA) outlined his key legislative and funding successes achieved during the 118th Congress. From passing impactful laws to securing critical resources for Philadelphia, Boyle’s efforts have delivered tangible results for the people of his district.
Among his legislative accomplishments, Boyle passed a groundbreaking law to ensure Congress can make more informed decisions on key issues and renamed a local post office to honor a fallen police officer. As the lead Democrat on the House Budget Committee, he fought tirelessly to protect vital programs and ensure the economy works for middle-class families, not just the wealthy and well-connected.
“Serving the people of Philadelphia in Congress is the honor of my life,” said Congressman Boyle. “This Congress, we delivered real results for our community. We passed laws that will make a difference in people’s lives, and we secured critical funding to help Philadelphia thrive. From honoring local heroes like Sergeant Fitzgerald to ensuring the American Jewish story is preserved, these legislative victories reflect the priorities and values of our community. I’m proud of what we achieved together, and I’m ready to keep fighting for Philadelphia.”
Congressman Boyle continued: “As the top Democrat on the Budget Committee, I will continue fighting to ensure the U.S. economy works for everyone—not just the wealthy few. With an incoming Trump administration, it’s more important than ever to stand up for working families, protect vital programs, and stop reckless policies that threaten our economic stability.”
