Congressman Boyle Selected to House Budget Committee for 115th Congress

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-13) has been appointed to the House Budget Committee for the 115th Congress.

"I am honored to be selected to serve on the House Budget Committee," said Congressman Boyle. "A budget is a statement of values. This committee impacts individuals, families and businesses in every part of America. As a member I will fight to promote job growth, ensure fair wages, and allow all Americans the opportunity to improve the quality of life for themselves and their families." Boyle continued, "I will also use my position on this committee to protect important safety net programs like Social Security and Medicare from Republican attacks, and oppose detrimental cuts to the Affordable Care Act."
