Project Title: Philadelphia Police Department Body Worn Camera and In car camera Technology Expansion & Lifecycle Refresh

Project Description: This proposal requests funding tied to body worn camera and in car camera equipment refreshes, expiring warranties and new technologies needed for better public safety outcomes. Without the funding in FY27, current devices will be out of warranty/liability insurance and other software services that are critical for officer safety, investigations, and accountability will be delayed or lost.

Project Title: ADA and Capital Improvements Project

Project Description: This project will see the renovation of Our Brother’s House, a large homeless shelter, in accordance with accessibility standards outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to better serve disabled individuals experiencing homelessness.

Project Title: Reimagining Wayfinding for all in Downtown Center City Philadelphia Project

Project Title: VMSC EMS Burholme Training Hub and Public Safety Facility Modernization Project

Project Description: This project will support the renovation and modernization of its Burholme facility in Northeast Philadelphia. Originally constructed in the 1950s, the building no longer meets current ADA accessibility standards or the operational demands of a modern EMS agency.
