Boyle (PA-13) introduced the Standardizing Testing and Accountability Before Large Elections Giving Electors Necessary Information for Unobstructed Selection (STABLE GENIUS) Act to require that all presidential candidates undergo a standardized medical examination and publicly disclose its results before the election.
A Democratic lawmaker says that he will introduce legislation that would require presidential candidates to undergo a mental health examination following a tweet from President Trump in which he praised himself as a "stable genius."
