Kathleen Rice (NY-04), Debbie Dingell (MI-12) and 19 colleagues strongly urging Tillerson to reconsider the decision, which would leave the U.S. as the only major country without a lead cybersecurity diplomat.

The first of Congressman Boyle's amendments would prevent Congress from raising taxes on low-income and middle-class families, including reductions in refundable tax credits. The second amendment would prevent Congress from making any cuts to Social Security benefits, now or in the future.

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (D-PA-13) today again introduced bipartisan legislation (H.R. 3106) to require the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to set an enforceable, nationwide primary drinking water standard for PFCs (including PFOA & PFOS). Currently, the EPA sets voluntary advisory guidelines. Congressman Boyle feels the current approach doesn't go far enough considering the growing science on the risks these chemicals present to our drinking water and the national scope of the problem.
