Washington, DC- Today, Congressman Brendan Boyle (PA-D-13) delivered the following speech on floor of the House of Representatives about the senseless death of 22 year old Jonathan Rosado and the legacy he left behind:

Mr. Speaker, it is an honor to speak on behalf of the good people of Pennsylvania's 13th district. I am grateful that they have permitted me to act in their service in this auspicious chamber.

Today is an important day for the entire nation, as we pay tribute to the men and women who risk their lives daily to ensure that we are all safe in our homes, at our jobs, or simply just walking down the street.
