The terrorist attacks in Brussels, like the attacks last fall in Paris, have captured our attention in a way reminiscent of the days immediately after 9/11. Fifteen years later, there are still fundamental questions about the nature of the challenge that have yet to be answered.

The bill will provide a framework for a major public-private partnership between the United States and sub-Saharan African countries to help millions of people gain access to reliable electricity.

This bill would establish an "Angel Watch Center" within Immigration and Customs Enforcement to provide advance notice to foreign governments when a convicted child sex offender travels to their country. This bill will hopefully prevent some of these horrific crimes from taking place.
