Rep. Brendan Boyle said Friday the tax cuts, combined with the new spending bill, are setting up the U.S. for economic disaster.
"This is a $2 trillion plan that is coming in the eighth year of an economic expansion," Mr. Boyle, Pennsylvania Democrat, said on MSNBC.
He said that despite House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi's lengthy eight-hour address on the House floor this week promising that she her caucus would not support the budget, Mr. Boyle said, she didn't whip votes for or against the bill.
