PHILADELPHIA – Today, Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) sent a letter, co-signed by 22 additional members of Congress, to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin to urge for a civil servant to sign the stimulus checks instead of potentially delaying it to fulfill President Trump's request of having his own signature on each check. It is protocol for a civil servant from the Department of the Treasury to sign paper checks.
