WASHINGTON, DC - Today, with his signing of the American Rescue Plan Act, President Biden completed the final step in Democrats goal of delivering landmark, life-saving relief legislation to the American people. Legislation that will now provide urgently-needed resources to defeat the virus, put vaccines in people's arms, money into families' pockets, children safely back into classrooms and people back to work.

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) today reintroduced legislation to abolish the United States debt ceiling. The debt ceiling is a statutory limit on the amount of national debt that may be issued by the U.S. Treasury after it has spent and incurred that debt. It ultimately limits how much money the federal government can borrow to pay its own bills.

Boyle (PA-02) was appointed to the following two subcommittees: the Select Revenues Subcommittee and the Trade Subcommittee.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Brendan F. Boyle re-introduced the Innovative Energy Manufacturing Act (H.R.507) a bill that will revive the Advanced Manufacturing Tax Credit (Section 48C)—a program that invests in U.S. manufacturing capacity to supply clean energy projects with American-made equipment.
