Boyle (PA-02) introduced the Innovative Energy Manufacturing Act ( H.R. 5165 ) a bill that will revive the Advanced Manufacturing Tax Credit (Section 48C)—a program that invests in U.S. manufacturing capacity to supply clean energy projects with American-made equipment.

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressmen Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) and Dwight Evans (PA-03) today applauded the awarding of a $12.5 million federal grant to the Franklin Square Station Reopening Project. The Franklin Square Station was shuttered in 1979 and has been off limits to the public ever since. The grant will revitalize and reopen the long dormant rail station and bring it into compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.

PFAS chemicals have long been used in a range of consumer products, and the military continues to use aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) in firefighting training exercises.
