Congressman Boyle is a co-sponsor of the MORE Act, a bipartisan bill that decriminalizes marijuana at the federal level, while enabling states to set their own regulatory policies without threat of federal intervention.

The AARF Act ensures that pharmaceutical companies are allowed to use high-tech and humane alternatives to outdated testing on dogs and other animals to fulfill Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory requirements.

Boyle (PA-02) sent a letter, co-signed by 22 additional members of Congress, to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin to urge for a civil servant to sign the stimulus checks instead of potentially delaying it to fulfill President Trump's request of having his own signature on each check. It is protocol for a civil servant from the Department of the Treasury to sign paper checks.
