Boyle (PA-02) today called on Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Alex Azar, to establish a Special Enrollment Period for Affordable Care Act Marketplace coverage during the coronavirus pandemic. By doing so, this would allow those who are uninsured or underinsured to obtain the comprehensive coverage they need for coronavirus testing.
