Boyle (PA-02), U.S. Senator Bob Casey (PA) and Conressman Dwight Evans (PA-03) announced $1.8 million in federal funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act for the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Reconnecting Communities Pilot grant program, created by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).

WASHINGTON, DC - Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro announced that the House Committee on Appropriations will be accepting Community Project Funding (CPF) requests from Members. This is in addition to the standard programmatic and language-based requests. Each Member is limited to no more than 15 Community Project Funding requests across all subcommittees for Fiscal Year 2023 and there is no guarantee that all requested projects will be funded.
