WASHINGTON - Today, Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) introduced legislation to gain better information from the Department of Justice on how domestic terrorism is investigated.
"Domestic terrorism attacks are on the rise in our country, primarily fueled by white supremacist extremism. It is time Members of Congress and the public have a clearer view into how these cases are processed," said Congressman Boyle. "My legislation will provide information on how the United States Government handles domestic terrorism cases.

PHILADELPHIA - Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) applauds the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for agreeing to his request to change their policy and allow lab animals to be adopted after they are no longer needed for research. The previous NIH policy resulted in the needless euthanization of tens of thousands of dogs, cats, primates, rabbits, and other animals. This major policy change comes after months of legislative pressure by Congressman Boyle.

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) today introduced legislation to require that all newly sworn-in U.S. citizens be uniformly provided voter registration forms at naturalization ceremonies. Boyle's "Citizenship Empowerment Act" (H.R. 3770) would require officials to provide voter registration forms in the citizenship packets provided to all newly sworn-in U.S. citizens, and allow election officials to set up informational tables outside naturalization ceremonies. The reintroduction of this legislation comes in the wake of President Trump's recent racist comments.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Brendan F. Boyle (PA-02) re-introduced the Standardizing Testing and Accountability Before Large Elections Giving Electors Necessary Information for Unobstructed Selection (STABLE GENIUS) Act to require that all presidential candidates undergo a standardized medical examination and publicly disclose its results before the election. Boyle reintroduced his legislation this session after President Trump again referred to himself as a "stable genius".

This comes in the wake of recent reports that show the U.S. government exhausting its ability to pay its bills as early as September of this year. Congressman Boyle believes that is completely avoidable—if Congress acts NOW before it gavels back into session on September 9th.
